When I first met with the Business Cents staff, I had oodles of questions! Can QuickBooks do this, or that? What about saving me time by doing XYZ? Once the more obvious questions had been addressed, I was asked to simply use QuickBooks as usual while a Business Cents consultant observed. While going through my normal billing process, they noticed that I had the customer center open twice, and was copying billable item detail from one transaction and adding it to the invoice I was preparing to send to our client.
That was when they showed me how to have the billable item tray by client appear on the invoicing screen. This simple functionality that QuickBooks has built in, that I had NO IDEA about has saved me SO MUCH TIME. I now get to do the things that I loved, but could never find the time for! These types of things are just one of the many reasons why I will continue to make the office of Business Cents my first call when it comes to ANY business questions, not just about QuickBooks or bookkeeping!
